 My dad's 60th birthday celebration, preparation and guests made me super busy, so i paired participants only now.

I reminding you the ''rules'':

* The swap is worldwide, so please, be ready to post internationlaly

BUTTONS

* Send at least 10 buttons, send a mixture of different buttons.
* Be nice and don't send broken buttons, the buttons  should be useful.

* The buttons can be both vintage  and handmade, they can be plastic, glass, wooden, covered with the fabric, no any limits.... :)

FABRIC SCRAPS

*  send  at least 10 different  fabric scraps  not smaller than 15 x 15  cm ( 6 x 6 inches) 

* scraps can be any kind , vintage, new, cotton, corduroy, lace, etc

PINCUSHION

* Express yourself, do it in any technics, make it beautiful and useful :)
It's can be very simple, but made by you!

* And the last important rule: Don't stress yourself much, Have fun choosing and making beautiful pieces   for your swap partner :)
This is not a competition, this is pure inspiration.

Feathers, and feathers.

 
This bunch of feathers still waiting for my decision. I dont know what to do with them. I started to make a dream katcher, but still didnt finished it. They are too fragile for headbands, bookmarks, brooches , earrings and something for everyday using.
Feathers made of fabric and paper scraps.
I thinking about making greeting cards with them or to sell them like a sets of few feathers for decoration, for use in mixed arts , scrapbooking etc.

Healing

For those who know the entire story , our dog's Tango broken jaw heals quickly , and he feels well. Yesterday I stopped to make an injections to him. Today for the first time since may 9, I gave him his meals in usual type, like before, but not crushing it in a blender to puree, like this days. He was so happy and could not believe that all is getting well as before.
Before meal today, he looks at me, inevitably, waiting that i , as usual these weeks ,will make him the meds injections. But I do not, and he was surprised, he could not believe it, and walking around, looking at my eyes:'' 'What? are you seriously? no injections? Hooray!!''

Well, like my dog, I also began to feel better last week.
When in mid-April, after more than two months of severe pain in my leg and back, my sister persuaded me to go to the doctor, I found out that I have two spinal disc herniations, i panicked .
I always thought that I have good health. I'm vegan since 2009, sometimes make exercises and yoga, but in fact ,most of my time i spending on my butts around sewing machine or computer, and i gained extra weight again, drunk too much strong tea and sometimes coffee , and my sleep was not enough.
I thought I can always get in shape when I have time.
When i realized i have this spine problem, i spent our last money for manual therapist, who do not particularly helps.
I went to the other end of town to the therapist and more tired from the trip, than feel the benefit of therapy. Then the money ran out, the therapy ended with them.
I do not like doctors and medicine, I do not believe in pills and strong medicaments.

After the owner of another dog hit my dog on the street and broke my dog's jaw few weeks ago , I looked up from my problems and my panic changed to confidence that i can heal myself without help of doctors and medicines, like i used before.
My husband recently told me - that is the best in the world, for free. Well ,why I forgot about it?

During Last 2 weeks i go back to my raw food, drinking lots of water, sleeping at night, making exercises for make my back stronger, and feel myself MUCH better.

I work very slowly, or sometimes not at all.
My dear customers, i apologize for that. Now when i start feeling better, i hope to make all the custom and my own creatures, which i have on my head.

I found this cute and simple exercise in a  Beat + Rubbish   blog today here.
Partially i took the text from the blogpost.

Emily made this is a free draw -it- yourself exercise available for download in PDF form. This one is the ellipse version. As you can see,it's just a series of six oval shapes. 

Emily disovered that it's especially kid-friendly. In fact , they went through about half a dozen sheets each!

So if you have a little one who is partial to doodling,  this might be a fun thing to do together.

2 years ago...

May 20, 2 years ago, I met my best friend and my love, I met my husband Igor .He burst into my life suddenly, turning everything upside down and I am very grateful to him for that. Now is not the easiest times for us, and often nerves going wild and we are not sparing each other, throwing out the negativity and problems for each other, but I am infinitely happy that we are together. We are getting better together.
Darling, I love you. You are a very bright, honest, loving, kind, sensitive, talented person. I'm glad that I met you that beautiful Sunny day

Pony Chops

This month i received a lovely package from talented Chantal from Pony Chops
It was  a really BIG surprise!)

I was in the way to my sister birthday with the gifts for her and saw notification in my mailbox from the post office about receiving package from UK , which i didnt expected. I jumped to the Post office and once for the long time there wasnt long line there) How i was surprised when in my sister birthday i was the person who received gifts too)
